Auto-Refill Questions

Choose the Auto-Refill option on an eligible product page, select a delivery frequency and complete your order. Future orders and payments will then be processed automatically according to your chosen schedule.
Auto-Refill can be scheduled every 30, 60 or 90 days. Available options are displayed on each eligible product page before you add the product to your basket.
Savings vary depending on the delivery frequency selected. The discounted price and applicable saving will be clearly shown on the product page before checkout.
Your first payment is taken when you place your initial order. Future payments are then taken automatically on the renewal dates shown in your account.

Sign in to your account and open the My Subscriptions section. There you can view your active Auto-Refill plans, recurring total, current status and next scheduled renewal date.

Yes. You can update the payment method used for future renewals, along with the billing and shipping addresses connected to your Auto-Refill.
Eligible Auto-Refill subscriptions can be paused or cancelled through your account. Cancelling stops future renewals but will not cancel an order that has already been processed.
You will be notified if a scheduled payment is unsuccessful. You can then update your payment details through your account and complete the outstanding renewal payment.
